No. Our partnership with Affirm is only available for purchases made through ViraniJewelers.com
Will the pre-qualification process affect my credit score?
No. The pre-qualification process requires you to provide personal information for a soft credit check inquiry only, which will not affect your score.
Does Affirm sell my information to 3rd party companies?
No. The information will be provided through a safe and secure process soley for the purpose of Affirm qualifying and determining your monthly payments. This information will not be shared.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Once Affirm determines your estimated monthly payment structure, they will provide complete details upfront concerning all of your future payments including any fees and/or interest.
What happens if I cancel my order?
Customers have 24hrs to cancel any orders. If cancellation is requested after item(s) have been processed, customers will only be reimbursed the price of the item and not the shipping fees. If cancellation is requested after item(s) have been shipped, customer must contact Client Services by email at email@example.com to process an exchange or refund. Shipping fees of any rate are non-refundable.
What happens if I return my order?
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of original purchase date. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling as well a 5% restock fee on your returned items. For online return requests, please email our Client Services by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The email subject must read "RETURN REQUEST". The body of your email must clearly state the following information:
1. Order number for the purchased items(s)
2. Name & description of item(s) you are returning/exchanging
3. Reasons for the request
